John is an IT Security Engineer for Verizon Wireless and is a member of OWASP, ISC2, and ISSA. In his career, John has architected solutions that allowed companies to be PCI-DSS compliant, protected 100 million customers sensitive information and over 6 billion sensitive data elements, and created one of the first complete Enterprise Mobile Application Security policy for a major telecom company. He has also served by developing high-performance aircraft test systems for the US Department of Defense aircrafts such as B-1, B-2, and YF-22.

Vinay is a veteran cybersecurity & risk executive that has helped enterprises build intelligence-led security programs and evolve from a defensive to offensive cybersecurity posture. He previously served as the SVP/CISO for Finastra, a global FinTech company. Prior to this, he was a Managing Director / CISO for Citigroup's Enterprise O&T division. Masha Sedova, co-founder of Elevate Security, has made her mark in cybersecurity through her practical and human-centered approach to the field. Ismael Valenzuela is the Vice President of Threat Research and Intelligence at Arctic Wolf, where he leads advanced research focused on tracking adversaries, uncovering emerging threats, and helping organizations build proactive, defensible security strategies. Prior to his current role, Ismael was responsible for leading offensive and defensive security roles for Foundstone, Intel, McAfee and BlackBerry Cylance, among others, and founded one of the first IT security consultancies in Spain. Ismael has also served as an advisor to large government and private sector organizations, including the EU, U.S. government agencies and critical infrastructure operators in New York. Ismael is also one of the few holding the highly regarded GIAC Security Expert (GSE) certification in the world. In 2025, Ismael is serving as a co-chair of a new advisory panel under the international Counter Ransomware Initiative (CRI), focused on enhancing public-private collaboration to combat ransomware through intelligence sharing, joint disruption efforts, and policy innovation. Joshua Danielson is the Founder and CEO of Kustos, a leading cybersecurity consulting firm. He brings almost two decades of experience in securing classified national defense assets, as well as protecting some of the world’s largest financial and e-commerce platforms. Before starting Kustos, Josh was the Head of Enterprise Security at Shopify and prior to that he was the Chief Information Security Officer at Copart (S&P500) a global digital auto-auction platform.

Eric is a Director at LimaCharlie, focused on delivering a platform approach to Security Operations teams around the world. He is also founder and advisor to Recon InfoSec, a managed detection & response firm in Austin, TX. Previously, Eric served as a Cyber Warfare Operator for the Air National Guard and also built and operated multiple Security Operations Centers for public and private sector entities.

Likewise, she has assisted in creating effective social engineering tools and testing scenarios for penetration testing teams. Kati also has experience managing curriculum strategy and content development in psychology to information technology for both online and live instruction.
